About the Press

The Faculty of Organisation Studies (FOŠ) develops diverse and high-quality publishing activities that significantly contribute to the development of organisational sciences and the dissemination of knowledge in the academic environment. A central part of this activity is the publication of scientific monographs, in which domestic and international authors present the results of research work in the fields of organisational theories, management, adult education, and related disciplines. In addition to scientific monographs, FOŠ also regularly prepares professional publications aimed at transferring best practices and supporting the operation of organisations in the economy and the public sector.

An important part of the publishing activity is also represented by higher education textbooks developed within the faculty’s teaching activities. The textbooks follow modern pedagogical guidelines and provide students with high-quality support for studying at all levels. The publishing activity of FOŠ therefore connects research, professional work, and the pedagogical process, and ensures access to reliable and up-to-date content for students, researchers, and the professional public.

An important part of the publishing activity is also represented by the conference proceedings of the “New Paradigms of Organisational Theories” (NPOT) conference.
